Q: How do I reserve with the Perfect Bounce?

A: Our site is very different. We offer online booking directly on our site. You are also welcome to call directly to check the availability of the date and to book also.

Q: How will I know if my date is available?

A: When reserving a Moon Bounce from The Perfect Bounce online when checking your date if the day is blocked out you will not be allowed to rent because the date is already reserved for that specific moon bounce.  You can check to see if another from the inventory is available. You are always welcomed to call in as well.

Q: How do you accept payments?

A: Directly through our site or a invoice can be sent with Paypal. 

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: We do not require a deposit but we do require a valid card on file for damages. 

Q: Because you do not accept deposits how do you require your payments to be made?

A: All payments are a flat fee and the amount in full is required. There are no partial payments for our moon bounces however if you require a moon bounce to extend the available of 6 hrs  in the reserve Moon Bounce section please contact us through our site or over the phone for a different payment method.

Q: Is there a delivery charge?

A: The delivery charge and set up fees are included with every rental from The Perfect Bounce.

Q: When do you come to set up?

A: We set up 30mins- 1 hour prior to the scheduled time.

Q: How far do you travel?

A: We service Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. Please call if you have any concerns on distance etc before booking.

Q: Is attendant included?

A: NO. Every Rental with The Perfect Bounce can have an attendant added with an additonal fee of $125.00. You can find that option on our reserve page.  

Q: How much space is required for your moon bounces? 

A: Please check the dimensions that is listed with each moon bounce

Q: What kind of power is needed for the rental?

A: A dedicated outlet is needed. Our units require 110v, a standard outlet. The outlet must be within 100 feet of the unit. We will also have generators available to rent at an additional cost in the future. Stay tuned.

Q: How clean are your moon bounces?

A: The Perfect Bounce thoroughly cleans every moon bounce after every rental and sanitizes each to avoid germs etc.  

Q: If the weather changes or a party is cancelled do you offer refunds?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds. But we do offer a credit for a later date for every customer if a event is cancelled or any unforeseen circumstances occur. Also you do have the option to switch to our indoor Moon bounce upon availability.

Q: Is it true the schools receive discounts?

A: Yes we offer 10% for schools. If you are affiliated with a school please contact us for an adjusted invoice.

Q: Does The Perfect bounce offer any additional services?

A: At the moment we offer Moon Bounces for outside and indoor rentals at your location and we also offer private parties at our location where you leave the planning up to us. We are always looking to expand so we will always try to add more things to make your event perfect and to have you go with the perfect bounce. STAY TUNED

Q: Wait... You do private parties as well?

A: Yes. You leave all of the work to us! Just show up on time with your guests. We coordinate with you prior to personalize your event.

Q: How many guests are included with your private parties?

A: All parties go from 15, 20 to 25. Every additional person is an additional $15. A strict head count is enforced prior, every guest will receive a wrist band on our premises.

Q: Are socks required?

A: Yes Socks are required for ALL guests. Any guests without socks will not be allowed to bounce. Private events socks are in stock for $2 per person.
